📬 How does the 9x12 mailer work?

We combine up to 16 local businesses on one oversized postcard and mail it to 5,000–10,000 households using USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). You pick your ad size and we handle the rest.

To protect each advertiser, we only allow one business per niche — for example, one HVAC company, one pizzeria, one realtor group, etc.

🏪 What kind of businesses are a good fit?

The program works well for local service providers, restaurants, realtors, retailers, events, and more — anyone who wants exposure in a specific neighborhood.

✅ What’s included in the price?

Design, printing, bundling, postage, and delivery to thousands of homes — it’s all covered.

📐 How big is my ad?

Choose from approximately 3" x 4" (Single), 6" x 4" (Double), 9" x 6" (Half), or a full 9x12 panel.

⚠️ What if a competitor wants to join?

We only allow one business per niche on each mailer. Once your spot is confirmed, your category is locked in.

🏡 Who receives the mailer?

Every household on the selected USPS mailing routes — no names or lists needed. Full neighborhood coverage.

📍 Can I choose where my ad gets mailed?

Each mailer is pre-planned to target high-value neighborhoods. We're currently building mailers for the zip codes 93312 & 93314 and expanding soon.

📅 When does it go out?

Each mailer is unique and includes multiple local businesses. Timing depends on participation and is communicated well in advance so you have time to prepare and plan.

📫 How do I know it was actually mailed?

We provide proof of mailing through USPS and can share delivery confirmation upon request.

🕒 How long does my ad stay visible?

Unlike digital ads that disappear in seconds, most recipients keep the card around — on the fridge, counter, or desk — for days or weeks.

🎨 What if I don’t have an ad ready?

No problem! We offer free design help to make sure your ad looks sharp and professional.

🔄 Can I change my ad each mailer?

Yes. Update your offer, message, or artwork — just meet the deadline for that mailer's round.

📱 Can I use a QR code or coupon in my ad?

Absolutely. QR codes and offers help track results and drive response — and we’ll help place it cleanly.

Yes. Every advertiser gets a sample mailer for their records (plus digital proof before it goes to print).
